Crash!

Poor YaYa was in a very bad car accident today. The roads were horribly icy in Chicago and although she was able to come to a stop the guy behind her wasn't and he rear-ended her going about 50 miles an hour. Her car is probably totalled. She went to the emergency room with really bad back and neck pain. Luckily everything checked out just fine and they sent her home with pain medications and strict orders to not work and to just relax for the next few days. We wish we could be there to see her!

Miss C (as she's affectionately referred to at our house....Miss Consuelo is a little tough for Annabelle to say!) came over and got a glimpse at the chaos that is the Meyer's. :) She got there just in time for bathtime and then the girls went off to bed rather quietly. I guess they were both pretty beat from getting up at 4:30 a.m.!! (GG is teething and woke up the entire house at a un-Godly hour this morning!). We spent the rest of the quiet evening catching up and sharing a bottle of wine. Good times.
