happy birthday, lance

Lance's birthday party was held a park just a quick walk from our house. It was great - we loaded the girls up in the wagon and walked on over. No car necessary. Annabelle and Lance have been buddies since they started daycare together - almost 3 years ago. Several of the kiddos were there to help Lance celebrate and it was so great to see all the kids together. It really is a great group of little ones and they play so well together.

Gwyneth received an invite also to come along and play with Alex, Lance's younger sister. They are just 4 months apart and play at school together too. We're lucky Lance and Alex live so close - I have a feeling we'll be seeing them at the park quite often this summer.
