While B did some much needed yard work, I was brave and took the girls to Little Monkey Bizness -- all by myself. I know this is not a huge accomplishment to most people, but B and I typically travel together and we don't do a heck of lot with both girls by ourselves. Not being too corny, we really do enjoy spending our time together as a family. We quickly realized it was much easier for B to work in the yard without the girls hanging around though. They really wanted to help, but you can imagine how helpful a 1 and 2 year old are when pulling out bushes....
I took them to Monkey Biz and they were on their very best behavior. I truly believe they feel my anxiety and take it easy on me in these situations. Their friend, Izzy, from school was there also and they had a great time playing, climbing, and doing art projects. We found a table right by the baby area and they had pizza and yogurt and watched the little ones play while we ate dinner. They were so good!
I gave them the 2 minute warning that we'd be heading out and then it happened......proof that jumping and pizza don't mix. A little kid threw up all over! You'd think having two children would have strengthened my stomach a bit, but no still very very weak stomach here. I looked at the girls and screamed "lets go, lets go, lets go!". They grabbed my hands and we got the heck out of there. We ran to the car and didn't look back. Over-reaction? Maybe. Saved from 3 Meyer Girls throwing up? Yes! (My girls have weak-stomachs too!).

The girls had a lot of fun painting and it was suprisingly less messy than I would have expected.
