butterflies

Our nephew, Nathan spent the night with us Saturday night. We went to dinner and then the guys went to a movie. Sunday we spent the morning at the Butterfly Pavilion. It was really crowded. Really crowded. That was a bit of a challenge -- Nathan doesn't like crowds and I was there with 3 kids by myself. We did fine -- no meltdowns, no tantrums.

Nathan and I both held Rosie. Yuck, yuck, yuck! The girls pet the starfish but I can't convince them to hold the tarantula. Perhaps it's the look of sheer terror on my face when I'm holding her. Perhaps....
