The girls spent the day wrestling with my dad and Melissa. There were some flying shoes, cheap shots, bloody noses....and that was just Poppy! The girls had a blast and were belly laughing.
We had a relaxing afternoon. I may or may not have fallen asleep when I put Gwyneth down for a nap. Poppy may or may not have fallen asleep on the couch. All I will admit to is that we were well rested and every one was ready for a big night at Morton's.
Grandma and Grandpa Meyer joined us for dinner and it was a classic 4 hour meal. The girls were amazing. Very, very good! Food was delicious. It's one of my favorite nights out and luckily we get to go a few times a year. Our next trip is already on the calendar...
