the stupids

At the beginning of the school year kindergartners were allowed to pick a book off a specific table in the library. Annabelle has now earned the privilege of picking out ANY book she would like....and she brought home this gem....

Yes, it's a classic. It's an entire book about a stupid family...named the Stupids...and the stupid things they do...and their stupid relatives, who are also named the Stupids. Like I said, a real gem. As  I read this Gwyneth sat with her mouth wide open and every time I said "Stupid", which was no less than 90 times, she said "oooooh, that's a bad word". Let's hope this book doesn't make a return appearance to the Meyer Casa.

After the girls went to bed B went to meet Abe at Buffalo Wild Wings and I got busy scrunching these....

Any idea how long it takes to make one of those (above) look like that (below)?

A long, long time. And I only finished one. And I still have the silver one to go, but honestly I was bored, and there was nothing good on my DVR. Wish me luck, I have a week to get the other one done...
