We continued our tradition with the Hales' crew and stayed at a hotel Easter Eve. The highlight is definitely the pool. The kids can stay in there the entire time.
Our trip was really interesting this time around because little did we know that Omnicon was hosting a convention at the hotel. To be honest I'm still not really sure what this group is and haven't had much luck finding anything about them on the internet. Essentially it's a bunch of adults who like to play dress up. So take Comicon and make it about 10 times weirder....did you even think that was possible? It was a nut house and we were all quite entertained with the costumes which ranged from post-apocalypse to pirates to colonial to just plain old weird!
