egg hunt

The girls had their first (....of many) Easter egg hunts for the season. My MOM club gals put together a great hunt, along with plenty of games and fun for the kiddos. It was a bit cold, but the big kids gathered eggs quickly. 

The giant bouncy ball race was a hit! Go Gwyneth!

Um, Gwyneth appears to have been distracted...you are going the wrong way...

My friend Kristy has an amazing talent for getting large groups of children to sit still, be quiet and listen. She use to be a school teacher so I'm sure she's applying those skills...or she drugged them or she's a witch (a good witch, but a witch no less).

Let the hunt begin!

I swear I brush their hair. I really do. Sometimes several times a day. Ahhh, whatever...find some eggs! 

Gwyneth and her little friend, Grace. So, so sweet together. I could just squeeze their little sweet smiley cheeks all day. (I don't. Grace gives me hugs every time we see her and if I squeezed her I'm sure I'd become the super weird mom and I'd hate to cost Gwyneth this little friend.)
