We celebrated with dinner and another egg hunt at Grandma and Grandpa Meyer's house. We were able to swing by and visit Brandon who is home from the hospital after open heart surgery (what???? yes, our dear friend caught a bacteria and had to have heart surgery! It's been a crazy three weeks!) We got to visit with him and his family for a bit before heading over to the Meyer's.
The girls had a blast with their cousins and Jocelyn even set up the Easter egg hunt for the little girls. She made sure everything was even-Steven. The Merrill's stopped over and it was great to see all the kids together. Seth is quite use to the Meyer's, but I think it was rather an eye opening experience for Katie!
It was a long, busy day and everyone was exhausted when it was finally time to head home. Did I mention the girls go back to school tomorrow after 9 days off.... It's been a busy, busy, busy 9 days!
