bridal shower for amy

Our dear friends, Tom and Amy are getting married in the fall and we hosted her bridal shower at our house today. It was a great party and such fun to celebrate with friends and Amy's family.  We are very excited for the wedding -- what a party that will be!!!

 

Take-aways

lemon blueberry cupcakes and vanilla bean cupcakes. the vanilla bean are a new creation and were very yummy!

 

The Chef!!

B catered the event and did a phenomenal job on the food. He food is very tasty and I'm always impressed with his plating!

These were super clever salads. They were deconstructed chicken ceasar salads that you rolled up and ate with your hands. I LOVE these.

We played "Pass The Bling" which was basically hot potato with a giant pink diamond. The little girls had a blast with this game.

The girlies! Annabelle, Bella, and Gwyneth. Super adorable and quite troublesome, but we think they are awfully funny.

The girls found the chocolate fountain and let's just say they were not very sneaky...

Jenn provided all the treats for the chocolate fountain and the girls were drawn to it. It was literally like a forced field of chocolate sucking them in and they could not walk away. I am certain there was A LOT of chocolate and marshmallows and strawberries eaten and there was quite a bit of double dipping done as well.
