sanctuary

Keith receives a yearly foursome of golf at The Sanctuary as a perk of working at the Wildlife Experience. The course is invitation only and amazing!! Jennifer and Keith invited B and I along this year and we had a blast. We dropped the girls off at daycare and cruised down for a day of fun in the sun. The guys had a great time golfing and B was the comic relief! He had a run-in with a squirl and a bit of a tantrum (he didnt' realize we were watching) when one of his balls landed right in the drink!

The course was gorgeous! This was my favorite hole.

I woke up in the morning with no voice. Annabelle thought it was a game so she spent the morning whispering to me. Although I lost my voice that didn't keep me from gabbing to Jennifer for about 4 1/2 hours. I think she said it best though... 'an entire day of not wiping someone's nose or bottom'. That's rare for us! It was great to be outside enjoying the beautiful Colorado weather and to have some time to catch up. Thanks so much to the Keith Carlson Family for inviting us along on such a fun day!!

It was about 90 degrees here today and the girls spent some time playing outside. They were a mess when we got them home. Stinky, stinky! B threw some brauts on the grill and then after dinner we threw the girls right in the tub. Everyone was exhausted from a long, hot day.
