happy birthday, gwyneth

Our sweet little GG is one! This year has gone by so quickly but we are so proud of her and we are so grateful that we are able to celebrate her first birthday with so many family and friends. Miss Gwyneth was up bright and early and very excited to see her Auntie Becky, Madison, and YaYa who arrived this morning. She played so hard in the morning that she needed a little nap before her guests arrived. She was so tired she slept through the first half hour of her party! When she finally woke up she was all smiles and ready to rock and roll! She loved playing in the baby pool, splashing at her water table and best of all chowing down on her first birthday cake.

Getting some birthday lovin' from Grandma MeyerGG's bud, Ben was shocked to hear that she was turning one!

He had no idea he had been flirting with an older woman. The Merrill's drove down for the celebration. Seth and B have been friends for years and we've been lucky enough to see them twice in a month. They have two very sweet little girls. GG loved the baby pools!

Relaxing in the shade with Poppy. He likes to torment the girls with their stuffed animals which is exactly what he did to my sisters and me growing up.It's a ladybug garden party!Her very own smash cake. It's all hers, but something tells me her big sister may request a bite or two or three or four....Delicious! GG is a pro. She had no interest in smashing. She got right down to business and shoveled it in. "Here, GG! Let me help you!"Madison was front and center for the celebration. She flew in from Chicago to wish her cousin a very happy birthday. The girls love when she visits (Uncle B and I do too!),
