As we're not ones to ever waste one minute of time just sitting around (I can hear B's sighs now...), off to the aquarium we went! We got an early start and beat most of the crowd. We needed to renew our membership, which took a bit longer than expected, so in the mean time B, Madison, Becky and I went on the 4-D Sponge Bob ride. Madison & I rode together and I'm pretty sure I embarrased her with my shrieks. Really, what doesn't embarrass a 10 year old these days?

Not all of my pictures downloaded properly so look for more to come. (I have a really cute one of GG and YaYa which didn't seem to make it off my camera.)

The girls at the aquarium

This brings back memories of my dad carrying Becky around the St. Louis zoo on his shoulders...Madison is such a little monkey. That girl can climb! She has freakish upper body strength.

We had lunch at Rock Bottom before Poppy & Melissa had to head to the airport. Madison made her own pizza and both Annabelle & Madison had a make-your-own sundae dessert. Annabelle has quickly learned it is best to not sit by me at meals, but to cozy up next to Madison and YaYa. They let her eat all the "good" stuff!

As long as she has a full plate in front her, she's a breeze to dine out with.YaYa gives Annabelle a hand with her sundae.Who needs a spoon when you can scoop up the ice cream with cookies?We were sad to say goodbye to Poppy & Melissa but are so glad they were able to come out this weekend to visit us!
