Urgent Care

We are very happy to be home after our travels! We had a lazy night planned of pizza, football, and just letting the girls play with their toys. Annabelle has learned to say "Go Broncos" and GG can do the ol' touchdown move which makes their dadda very happy.

We put the girls down to bed at their normal time and all was well until Miss GG started screaming. This wasn't your run of the mill, schedule out of whack, can't get comfortable, fighting bedtime cry - this was screams of misery! We tried to rock her and comfort her but she wasn't having it. We called the doctor and they said if she had another outburst to take her to Urgent Care. She finally went down in her crib around 11:00 but woke up in pain again at 11:30 so off to Children's Hospital GG and I went.

When we got there she charmed the pants off the doctors and nurses. Poor little G-baby had a massive ear infection! They got her started on antibiotics and gave her a topical pain med. She was a much happier baby! We got home around 12:30 a.m. and she went right to sleep in her crib.
