Labor Day

Since it was Labor Day, we decided it would be a good opportunity to teach Annabelle the meaning of hard work and instill a good work ethic in her. Granted, we didn't pay her for her labor so we accept that we have violated all major child labor laws. A girls got start workin' at some point in her life and we figure the sooner the better around here. She's lived the pampered life long enough.

Momma rule #1 - you spilled it, you cleaned it!

Momma rule #2 - no one gets a free ride! (well, except GG - she has until she's two!) Momma rule #3 - homework and chores first, then time for reading friends blogs "Momma, just one more minute on the computer - I have to see what my buds are up to!" (Isn't it a little early for this - she's going to want a Blackberry in kindergarten.)Momma rule #4 - nobody wakes a sleepin' baby!
