It's hard to believe it's already been a year since Baby Ben was born. This year really went by quickly. Ben was born on New Year's Eve - what a great birthday. The entire world is celebrating with you and you always have the next day off to recover. What more could you ask for?
Jennifer and Keith gathered Ben's family and friends at their house to enjoy cake and watch him open gifts. The girls sang "Happy Birthday, baby Benny" the entire way from our house to theirs. They were very excited to celebrate with him. They were pretty fond of the cake also. Ben did a great job of attacking his smash cake.

Jack got right down to business with his cake. He didn't waste any time cleaning his plate. 
Annabelle is a delicate eater and can eat every bit of icing without ever getting a bite of cake. She's slow and meticulous with her sweets. 
Gwyneth got a big ol' piece of cake too. She's moved into the phase where no one can help her anymore. She wants to do everything by herself. I'm proud to see her becoming so independent but that usually means not much cake ends up in her mouth. We had to strip her down after her cake because she had chocolate from one end to the next. 
Mmmmm...cake!! 
Little Avery only has a few weeks until she can indulge in her 1st birthday cake.
The Silverman crew - Ryan and Avery will be 1 the first weekend in February.
