The Johnson's invited us over for dinner to celebrate my birthday. How kind is that?! Kristen let me choose my birthday cake and I chose Boston Crème. Wowza!! Kristen can bake. We had a delicious dinner, the kids play fabulously well together (they spend at least two to three days a week together and still beg for more!), they sang to me and the girls helped me blow out my candles, I limited myself to one piece of cake (not easy!), and Kristen and Darron taught us a new card game. I can't ask for anything more. Very grateful!!
B tested his skills at the watermelon basket. very fun!
B also made homemade hummus. I don't like hummus usually. I don't like it at restaurants and I don't like it store bought. This hummus was fabulous -- absolutely amazing. I'm hooked. That B can cook.
