What a fabulous Dr Seuss afternoon in Boulder! I took the girls to see Seussical the Musical at the BOulder Dinner Theater. It was a local high school production and they did a great job. I love Seuss and he's always been my favorite to read to the girls. We were joined by Auntie Chriss, Steph, Wyatt and Rhys and everyone loved the show!
Missi planned a surprise party for Gus for his 39th birthday and my drivers license is expired. I was able to go in the bar and wish him a happy birthday. I couldn't order a drink and then at 9:30 I got kicked out. I GOT KICKED OUT OF A BAR IN THE SUBURBS!! What the what?!?! That was a first for me and I tried to explain that I had two children and was just drinking water....but apparently you don't have to be 21 for that. Ouch! Anyway, happy birthday to Gus and when he turns 40 I'll have a valid form of identification.
