Sunday morning we were up bright and early due to the time change. I guess we forgot to tell Gwyneth she could sleep in an hour because she was wide awake at 5:45! Yikes! I was a bit tired and grumpy, but it's impossible to stay that way with when you're greeted by this little face... The Silverman's bravely welcomed us and the Carlson's over to their house for brunch and the Bronco game. That includes 6 adults and 6 kids which are all 2 or under! Wow! We had a great time and it was so great to see all the kids together.

Annabelle had a minor meltdown but still looks cute (even ticked off). She has given up eating - she'll eat snacks here and there but we can't get her to eat a good meal. I know this is just a phase, as it's happened before, so I'm trying to remain calm, but I wish we could get her back on a better eating schedule. She gets so crabby when she's hungry! I finally got her to chomp down a few Veggie Sticks. Second problem is she has a horrible diaper rash - one of the worst she's ever had. I've never seen it so bad but the combination of chocolate and juice from yesterday just caused havoc on her poor little tummy. Third problem was her schedule was completely off track from the time change and she has been trying to give up her nap. I'm hoping with Halloween and the time change behind us, we'll get back on track. I also try to remember that even without any of the above, she's two and tantrums happen -- it just requires patience, my specialty!
